Five scouts and two leaders helped package food for a school lunch program in Haiti with the Stop Hunger Now program in July 2007.

We have planned a Whitewater Rafting Trip down the Chattooga River for the weekend of September 14th through 16th. We will have a full day of rafting (includes lunch)Saturday (Sept 15th) with the Nantahala Outdoor Center. We will be camping at Oconee State Park, which is approximately 20 minutes from the rafting area.

The cost will be $80.00 per person to cover rafting, lunch Saturday, and campsite fee.

We will need full payment at our first meeting, 8-13-07. We can only make reservations for 26 participant on this trip, due to US Forestry Service regulations. So, please notify me as soon as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Thanks, Randy Hoover
