2011 Popcorn Packets, Show & Deliver, Storefront Sales
Thank you to everyone who attended the Popcorn Kickoff last night. I think the boys had a lot of fun and are excited to sell popcorn this year!! I have some important information to go over with you.
- Every single Scout should have received a packet of information regarding the Popcorn Sale. Please make sure you read through this immediately as we have a lot of popcorn events going on this week. If you did not receive a packet, please let me know and I will get it to you.
- The first day of the sale is Saturday, September 10th. You may NOT start selling before this date. A Scout is trustworthy!
- Any Scout who wishes to still order Show & Deliver popcorn, please let me know by end of day today. We order by the case and we have Unbelievable Butter (6/case/$102), Butter Light (6/case/$102), Caramel Corn w/Nuts (8/case/$144), and Caramel Corn (12/case/$108). You do not pay for the popcorn until the end of the sale. I recommend 1 case of each to start with.
- Show & Deliver popcorn will be distributed tomorrow night (9/8) in the parking lot at Grace Church from 5-7. We have $33,000 worth of popcorn to distribute and I need all hands on deck and as many helpers as possible in order for this to be as smooth as possible and for you to get your popcorn quickly. Show & Deliver Popcorn 2011 Orders Due FRIDAY
I hope everyone had a great summer!! It’s that time of year again for Pack 250 . . . popcorn, Popcorn, POPCORN!!! I hope everyone will join us for our first Pack Meeting and Popcorn Kickoff where we’ll show you all the great products this year (did someone say Kettle Corn) and tell you about the sale (wait until you see the prizes)!!! So please join us on Tuesday, September 6th at 7:00 PM at Grace Church. Make sure you arrive before 7:00 to receive a door prize ticket.
In the meantime, it is time to order your popcorn for Show & Deliver. This year, we have the opportunity to order Unbelievable Butter (6), Butter Light (6), Caramel Corn (12), and Caramel Corn w/Nuts (8) by the case. Please remember that you will not be asked to pay for this popcorn until the end of the sale after you have collected money from your customers. I will need to know what type of popcorn, how many cases you wish to order, and your Scout Name & Den. Please respond to this e-mail by NOON on FRIDAY, AUGUST 26th with those details.
