Hello Pack 250,

There are new Pinewood Derby wheels included with the 2010 Pinewood Derby kits. There are several differences between the older style wheels and the new wheels including a weight reduction from 3.6 grams to 2.6 grams per wheel. I’m attaching a picture of the old vs new wheels to this email so that you can tell the difference in case you would like to pick up newer style wheels for this year’s race (old on the left, new on the right – see the extra step in the center hub).
