Show & Deliver Popcorn 2011 Orders Due FRIDAY
I hope everyone had a great summer!! It’s that time of year again for Pack 250 . . . popcorn, Popcorn, POPCORN!!! I hope everyone will join us for our first Pack Meeting and Popcorn Kickoff where we’ll show you all the great products this year (did someone say Kettle Corn) and tell you about the sale (wait until you see the prizes)!!! So please join us on Tuesday, September 6th at 7:00 PM at Grace Church. Make sure you arrive before 7:00 to receive a door prize ticket.
In the meantime, it is time to order your popcorn for Show & Deliver. This year, we have the opportunity to order Unbelievable Butter (6), Butter Light (6), Caramel Corn (12), and Caramel Corn w/Nuts (8) by the case. Please remember that you will not be asked to pay for this popcorn until the end of the sale after you have collected money from your customers. I will need to know what type of popcorn, how many cases you wish to order, and your Scout Name & Den. Please respond to this e-mail by NOON on FRIDAY, AUGUST 26th with those details. Anyone who does not order popcorn will still have the opportunity to take from the Pack inventory on a first-come first-serve basis after distribution night. Any unopened/unsold popcorn may be returned mid-sale this year.
Also, we will be holding Storefront Sales at Lowe’s Foods on Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th. It will be run a little differently this year. It will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis to those individuals (not Dens) wishing to sell during those days. A parent must accompany your Scout and there must be 2 Scouts at a time. You will sell popcorn from the Pack inventory (no need to bring your own) and all sales will be distributed evenly to those Scouts selling during their time slot. Please let me know ASAP if you wish to reserve space at Lowe’s Foods, on which day, and whether you want morning or afternoon.
We will still have a $350 goal per Scout.
Caramel Corn – $108 per case ($9 ea.)
Caramel Corn w/Nuts – $144 per case ($18 ea.)
Unbelievable Butter – $102 per case ($17 ea.)
Butter Light – $102 per case ($17 ea.)
