Pack 250 2011 Popcorn Sales Record!

W O W . . . what an amazing night we had on Popcorn turn in night . . . full of records!! I just want to take a minute to thank everyone for all their hard work during the popcorn sale this year. Thank you to all the Scouts for pushing through, to all the parents who had to drive them around, and all the families for their support. We couldn’t have done what we did without you and this year is no exception!!! We started with a record 94% participation rate which means almost every Scout in Pack 250 sold at least one box of popcorn.

We set many records:

• #1 seller with Don Douglass.
• We set a record of sending 3 Scouts to Disney World (I’m pretty sure there was only one in the entire Council last year which is thousands of Scouts).
• We even hit a Pack 250 record (at least in the 7 years the Scales Family has been involved with Pack 250). I’ve spent the last couple of days crunching numbers and crunching them again and I did pick up a few errors along the way so these are the official numbers.

Pack 250 had a goal of $46,000 and this year we BLEW it away by selling $64,395. I’m still in shock!! That’s a 45% increase over our sales last year. Pack 250 is AMAZING!!!

Upcoming Dates:

• Thursday, November 10th from 5-7 PM. Take Orders will be available in the Church Parking Lot
• Tuesday, December 13th at 7PM. All prizes will be awarded at the Pack Meeting
