This notice contains detailed instructions on how to turn in your popcorn sales.  Please read through it thoroughly as I would hate for you to forget something and be sent home for it.  Den Leaders & Den Kernels, please make sure everyone in your Den is aware of this information.  Any Scout who did storefront sales at Lowe’s Foods on September 9th & 10th will receive additional instructions in a separate e-mail from me today.

If you follow these instructions, you will breeze through the turn-in process, but you must come prepared!!  All forms MUST be filled out and checks balanced with totals prior to arriving at the turn-in. Turn-in Dates:

• Sunday, October 23rd from 4-8 PM at my house.  This is by appointment only.  Please respond via e-mail and tell me what hour works for you and I will respond with a time.  All times must be reserved by Friday night.  Please DO NOT show up at my house without a scheduled time and please be on time!!  The more people we can squeeze in on Sunday, the less crowded it will be on Monday.  I am requesting that anyone with more than $1,000 in sales come on Sunday in addition to anyone else who needs Sunday.

• Monday, October 24th from 5-8 PM at the Church.  This will be a first come first served approach and we will stay until everyone is taken care of.  Again, if you follow the instructions, we will all get through it quickly.

• Monday is the last date for turn-ins.  If you are going to be out of town or can not make one of these dates, you must notify me ahead of time to set up an earlier date. Continue reading →

WOW . . . I can’t believe our Popcorn sale is finally coming to a close.  Thank you to every single Scout who has sold popcorn this year.  Thank you for all the pavement pounding, online sales, calls to Grandma, and for continuing on even when you got lots of No’s.  Your dedication is going to give Pack 250 a fun year in Scouting!!  I also want to take a moment to thank everyone for all the positive comments you have made to me this year – I really appreciate it!! So, did we meet our Pack Goal??  Who sold their $350 minimum??  Who are our top 10 sellers??  Who are our top Den’s??  Who is our top online seller??  And finally, who is our #1 seller this year??  Well, you’re just going to have to wait until next week.  Please join us on Tuesday, October 25th at 7PM at Grace where all will be revealed!!  After the advancements & announcements, prepare to roll up your sleeves and make a mess as we venture outside (weather permitting) to see how many pies we can throw at those Leader’s faces!!  You don’t want to miss it!!
