Just a reminder that tonight is the popcorn pickup from 5-7PM in the Church Parking Lot. Please remember to form two lines on either side of the truck, do not get out of your car until you are at the tables, and please be patient as I do not have enough help and we have a lot of Scouts picking up a lot of popcorn tonight. If you can help this evening from 4:45 – 7, please let me know.
I will also be available from 2:30 – 3:30 at my house. Please notify me before Noon if you wish to pick up at my house so that I have your order ready.Finally, all popcorn MUST be picked up this evening! If you are not available, it is your responsibility to find someone from your Den to pick it up for you. I will be out of town so you will not be able to get popcorn from me until after Thanksgiving.See you tonight!

We are all set! Thank you to those families who have offered to help out at the Warehouse on Thursday morning and thank you to Randy Minnich who was able to hook us up with a truck to transport all our popcorn. I will need a couple of helpers on Thursday night from about 4:45 – 7:00 to help make this a smooth process (earlier if you want to get your popcorn first) – please let me know if you can help.
The pickup will be from 5-7PM on Thursday, November 10th in the church parking lot – just look for the big truck. We will have two lines form on either side of the truck. Please stay in your car and pull all the way through to the tables so that you can load your popcorn easily. Read the rest of this entry »

W O W . . . what an amazing night we had on Popcorn turn in night . . . full of records!! I just want to take a minute to thank everyone for all their hard work during the popcorn sale this year. Thank you to all the Scouts for pushing through, to all the parents who had to drive them around, and all the families for their support. We couldn’t have done what we did without you and this year is no exception!!! This notice contains detailed instructions on how to turn in your popcorn sales. Please read through it thoroughly as I would hate for you to forget something and be sent home for it. Den Leaders & Den Kernels, please make sure everyone in your Den is aware of this information. Any Scout who did storefront sales at Lowe’s Foods on September 9th & 10th will receive additional instructions in a separate e-mail from me today.
If you follow these instructions, you will breeze through the turn-in process, but you must come prepared!! All forms MUST be filled out and checks balanced with totals prior to arriving at the turn-in.Turn-in Dates:- Sunday, October 23rd from 4-8 PM at my house. This is by appointment only. Please respond via e-mail and tell me what hour works for you and I will respond with a time. All times must be reserved by Friday night. Please DO NOT show up at my house without a scheduled time and please be on time!! The more people we can squeeze in on Sunday, the less crowded it will be on Monday. I am requesting that anyone with more than $1,000 in sales come on Sunday in addition to anyone else who needs Sunday.
- Monday, October 24th from 5-8 PM at the Church. This will be a first come first served approach and we will stay until everyone is taken care of. Again, if you follow the instructions, we will all get through it quickly.

Oct18No CommentsWOW . . . I can’t believe our Popcorn sale is finally coming to a close. Thank you to every single Scout who has sold popcorn this year. Thank you for all the pavement pounding, online sales, calls to Grandma, and for continuing on even when you got lots of No’s. Your dedication is going to give Pack 250 a fun year in Scouting!! I also want to take a moment to thank everyone for all the positive comments you have made to me this year – I really appreciate it!!So, did we meet our Pack Goal?? Who sold their $350 minimum?? Who are our top 10 sellers?? Who are our top Den’s?? Who is our top online seller?? And finally, who is our #1 seller this year?? Well, you’re just going to have to wait until next week. Please join us on Tuesday, October 25th at 7PM at Grace where all will be revealed!! After the advancements & announcements, prepare to roll up your sleeves and make a mess as we venture outside (weather permitting) to see how many pies we can throw at those Leader’s faces!!
