2011 Cub Scout Day Camp Update

The Council has sent the day camp registration forms and most everyone should have received them by last Friday.  If you did not receive one we’ll be getting copies to your Den Leader at Tuesday’s Den Leader meeting.  The camp is 6/20-6/24 at the Greenway and is for rising 2^nd-4^th graders.

While the registration form has the Council address to send completed forms to we will be submitting our forms as a Pack.   Gordon Folz will help coordinate collection of forms for the Pack and will provide more information during the coming week.  If you are highly organized and after receiving the form have already mailed it to the Council this weekend, then please let me know so we can keep a full roster of our Pack’s participation.

As a reminder adult volunteers are a must for putting on a successful day camp and the Council has requested that for every 5 Scouts we send for the week that we also provide 1 adult volunteer for the week.  This can be 1 adult the whole week or a different adult each day.
